Our Cancellation Policy
At Autographed By Ash, LLC, we prioritize our clients and understand that unexpected events can sometimes occur, causing the need to reschedule or cancel a notary appointment. We are dedicated to providing prompt and dependable services to all of our valued clients, and to that end, we have established a clear and concise cancellation policy.

To assist us in providing timely and reliable service to all of our clients, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and provide an opportunity for other clients to utilize the appointment slot. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time due to the resources and staff allocated based on scheduled appointments.
We take great pride in delivering prompt notary services to our clients. In the event that a notary arrives at the signing location, and the signing cannot occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as missing documents or an unresponsive signer, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue any refunds to the cardholder.
